Soft, Simple and Easy are the kind of hairstyles I always aim for, so when I heard Jane Carter Solution had a new curly girl line out called “Curls to go”, I just knew I had to try!
The 1st thing that caught my eye were the new colors! Pink and yellow are super fun and vibrant. They give off a warm spring time feel (even in the winter)!
The first product I used from the Curls to Go line, was the “Curl Drench”Cleansing co-wash. This product is designed to cleanse and nourish the scalp and hair without stripping away it’s natural oils. At 1st I was a little hesitant about using a co-wash because I love an extra clean scalp. Some co-washes can leave my hair not feeling entirely “washed”, however this product actually made my hair feel clean without the added dry feeling some shampoos give.
Next product I used was the “Untangle Me” Weightless Leave-in conditioner, which also may be used as a rinse out conditioner. This product is very light weight and smells like flowers and bubblegum! It has a very sweet floral scent. It glided onto my hair very easily and made the detangling process a breeze. I am thoroughly impressed with this one right here! By far my favorite!
The 3rd product I used was the “Coiling All Curls” Elongating Gel. I used this product as my styler to set my curls in place. The gel is best for ‘wash and go” styles and provides definition and moisture. This product did exactly what it claimed to do! There was not one curl out of place! My hair dried quickly without a crunchy feel, while also giving my hair a little extra length.
This line is perfect for Waves, Kinks, Coils and Curls. A few ingredients used in these products include: Nettle Leaf Extract, Aloe Vera Gel, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Aloe Leaf Extract, Argan and Macadamia Oil.
I was very impressed with how my hair felt during and after the use of the Curls to Go line. I can certainly say if you’re interested in trying out these products, don’t hesitate! You will not be disappointed 🙂
